MANAGEMENT

ImageSouth is owned and operated by Cypress Partners, LLC. Cypress Partners, LLC specializes in owning and operating diagnostic imaging facilities, including P.E.T. Services. Currently Cypress Partners, LLC owns and operates fourteen imaging facilities. Cypress Partners, LLC is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the facilities including billing and collections, marketing, and accounting services.

Joseph Paul
President
and a founder of Cypress Partners, LLC

Prior to forming Cypress Partners, LLC, Mr. Paul was a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of US Diagnostic Inc. (NASDAQ:NMS USDL) since 1996. The organization was one of the largest operators of diagnostic imaging centers in the country.

He was also formerly President of MediTek Health Corporation, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI & HEI.A), which was acquired by US Diagnostic Inc. in 1996. Mr. Paul joined HEICO Corporation in 1991 as a Vice President and was responsible for forming MediTek Health Corporation.

From 1981 through June 1996, Mr. Paul had various executive positions with Ambassador Square, Inc., a private real estate development and management company that specialized in both residential and commercial real estate properties and was Vice President of Columbia Ventures, Inc., a private investment company specializing in publicly traded companies. Mr. Paul is a member of both the AICPA and the FICPA organizations.

Paul Cote
Chief Operating Officer
and a co-founder of Cypress Partners, LLC

With more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare field, Mr. Cote became a founding partner in Cypress Partners in 2000. Previously, he spent eight years as a Regional Manager with DVI Financial Services providing financing for healthcare ventures. During his time with DVI Financial Services, Mr. Cote reviewed business plans for numerous start-up ventures in the outpatient imaging, ambulatory surgery, radiation therapy fields, and secured funding. Prior to DVI Financial Services, Mr. Cote spent six years with U.S. Concord as an Account Executive originating new loans for healthcare facilities.

Mr. Cote grew up in Roswell and is very active in the north Fulton community where he is raising his four children with his wife of 22 years, Kathy. Cypress Partners opened Johns Creek Diagnostic Center in 2006, and Paul became a charter member of the Johns Creek Healthcare Association.

Sam Burke
Director of Asset Management

Sam Burke brings to the management team over thirty years of experience in all areas of imaging operations that includes business management, purchasing and services contracting, acquisitions, development, profit/loss responsibility, and radiological operations. Earlier in his career he served in a number of Chief Technologists roles in MRI and CT in acute care hospitals and outpatient settings. Mr. Burke has extensive experience in setting up and managing multi-site imaging center operations and Multi-Specialty Organization activities. He also served as the Vice President of Purchasing and Services Contracting for a large nationwide imaging center operator with over 120 sites. Mr. Burke's broad background in the imaging field is extremely beneficial to the ImageSouth team.

RADIOLOGISTS

ImageSouth radiology services are provided by Southeastern Imaging Group, LLC. Southeastern Imaging Group is composed of five radiologists who provide imaging expertise and state of the art technology to referring physicians and their patients in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
